关于售前问题
1：关于多少起批，支持混批吗？金额有没有限制？运费怎么算？所有产品按照上面的起批量就可以，金额不限！支持混批！支持支付宝交易！每个产品我们都有写明重量，拍的时候运费系统会自动计算，可能会稍微有点误差有问题请及时联系客服
2:发货的时候都是随机发吗，可以选款式吗？关于款式及颜色有两种情况：一是有颜色分类的产品，请根据自己需要按颜色下单，仓库会根据您的订单按颜色发货；二是无颜色分类的产品，仓库配货时默认混色，有特别要求的朋友可以备注下款式或者颜色（一起拍下的时候有个栏可以备注，写上货号，款式，比如：Y1：黑色），我们会尽量按照要求帮你们配好，但是难免会缺货，希望大家包容下。大件写留言备注 小件随机发的。颜色款式随机发，但是您可以写备注，我们尽量按照你写得配，如缺色缺款就给您随即发了，请见谅！一起拍下的时候有个栏可以备注的。
3:上架的产品是否有货？如果出现缺货怎么办？我们所有的商品都是现货销售，页面上显示可拍的宝贝都是有货的，请放心购买。由于商品种类较多，每天销量比较大，极个别商品没有及时下架造成断货的情况，请您谅解，到时候会把没有货或是没有发的产品退款给您，收到货后请及时联系客服处理，这里我们就不一一通知了，谢谢理解！
4:我已经付款了，什么时候可以发货，大概多久能到？
当您的件比较轻时，建议您发快递；拍的时候运费系统会根据所拍产品的重量自动计算运费；江浙沪地区一般2-3天到货，外省区域到货时间在3-7天左右。我厂默认快递是韵达,韵达不到的地方走邮政小包，需走小包的客户下单后请及时联系在线客服确认，以免后期不不必要的问题产生。
当您要的产品较多、重量较重时，建议您发物流，义乌的物流几乎遍布全国，可登陆www.1556.net查询是否到您所在城市；物流直达城市运费在10-25元左右一件货，发货后2-3天就可到达；需要中转的城市运费在25-35元左右一件货，发货后5-7天可到货；物流运费仅供参考，具体以各个托运部收费标准为准。
如您有指定物流时，请在备注中说明物流地址以及联系电话；如没有，我们将随机发货，尽量发到离您 近的托运站点。提货不方便或住在市区的客户，尽量选择佳吉或德邦物流，因为这两种物流的卸货点在市区都有分布，同时也可以送货上门，上门费另算。
关于售后以及质量问题退换货
1.收货7天内（以运单签收日期为准）如发现产品质量问题，请及时与售后客服联系。逾期不予受理。问题产品必须保持包装完整(请自带包装，勿直接在产品原厂外盒粘贴或书写)。积累五公斤以上退货，退回的运费由我公司承担。请累计5-10公斤用普通物流退回，运费我公司承担、谢绝发昂贵的德邦和佳吉、天地华宇物流，如有违反运费自理，没有质量问题不退货，不换货
