【关于退款】每天客服在中午13:30会操作导单以及打单事宜，导出单号，分配打单，单号回传这些操作会有时间差，所以每天中午13:20后禁止操作之前的订单的退款，急需退款请立刻联系客服！

【售后标准】按坏果个数均价赔付 以下情况不在理赔范围：
1.冻果不售后！
2.生鲜一旦发货不支持退款,签收前当面检查外包装有无破损，拒收不售后，包装有破损需当面拍照称重签收，提供照片赔付
3.烂果，坏果 提供资料赔付，赔付金额=（售价÷果子总数）×坏果个数，冻果，个头问题不售后
（下单多件，多件有坏果的，需要全部坏果放一起合拍，没有合拍的按一件有坏果售后）
（磕碰的麻烦让顾客把皮削了拍照，坏果部位必须清晰可见！！！）
4.签收12小时内拍照：坏果和快递单一起的照片，须清晰的看见单号，坏果问题，如未能提供一律不予赔付。
5.口感不好，品相不好，表皮轻微 扎破 擦伤，地址不详，电话错误疑难件，收件人自身原因造成的快递退回或拒收，签收超时，一律不予赔付
6.收到货的重量和下单重量相差100g左右（运输过程造成的水分流失）不售后，低于标准按照比例赔付
7.收货方修改地址损坏：产品一经发出，原则上不可修改收货地址，若客户强烈要求修改收货地址，不确保一定能修改成功，因改地址产生物流延误导致坏果不售后，
