## 四、操作注意事项

1. **接地要求**：设备必须可靠接地，确保用电安全。
2. **接通电源**：插好电源，打开红色长方形电源开关，指示灯亮起。
3. **接入气压**：在空气过滤调压器进气口接入6~8公斤气压，气缸工作，发热板上升。
4. **设定温度**：调整数显温控器到所需温度，待温度达到后方可开始工作。
5. **设定时间**：根据工艺要求，调整时间继电器。
6. **自动模式操作**：
- 按下红色圆形按钮，
- 将绿色开关旋至左侧（自动），
- 手动推动工作台至设定位置后，机器自动开始工作；
- 工作完成后，烫板自动回位，重复操作即可循环运行。
- **注意**：工作台不到位，设备不会启动。

7. **手动模式操作**：
- 按下红色圆形按钮，
- 将绿色开关旋至右侧（手动），
- 推动工作台到位后，旋动绿色开关至右侧，机器开始工作，
- 到达设定时间后，烫板回位，
- 再次将绿色开关旋至左侧，即可结束操作。

8. **紧急停止**：红色圆形按钮为紧急停止按钮，按下后可立即中止工作，按钮弹起后可重新开始。

The pneumatic double-station heat transfer machine can thermally transfer full‑color designs and text printed with sublimation or solvent‑based inks onto fabrics such as cotton, linen, synthetic fibers, and nylon, as well as onto ceramic and glass items. It also supports flocking heat transfers, foam‑print heat treatments, and low‑temperature, low‑pressure bonding of interlinings to garments (e.g., children’s clothing, hats, shoes). In addition, it is suitable for small‑batch production of items like handkerchiefs.

4. Operating Instructions & Safety Notes
Grounding
– Ensure the machine is reliably grounded before use.

Power On
– Plug in the power cable and switch on the red rectangular main power switch; the indicator light will illuminate.

Air Supply
– Connect a 0.6 – 0.8 MPa (6–8 bar) air supply to the inlet of the air‑filter regulator. The pneumatic cylinder will lift the heating platen.

Set Temperature
– Adjust the digital temperature controller to the desired temperature. Wait until the actual platen temperature reaches the setpoint.

Set Time
– Program the required dwell time on the timer relay.

Automatic Mode

Press the red round button, then turn the green selector switch to the left (“AUTO”).

Manually slide the worktable to either station; the machine will clamp and begin timing automatically.

At the end of the cycle, the platen returns to the raised position and the next cycle begins when the table is slid back into place.

Note: If the table is not fully in position, the machine will not activate.

Manual Mode

Press the red round button, then turn the green selector switch to the right (“MANUAL”).

Slide the worktable into position, then turn the green switch further to start the cycle.

After the dwell time elapses, the platen raises.

Return the green switch to the left to complete the operation.

Emergency Stop
– The red round button serves as an emergency stop. Pressing it immediately halts all functions; once it pops back out, normal operation can resume.
