油酸（Oleic acid），化学式为C18H34O2 。是一种单不饱和Omega-9脂肪酸，存在于动植物体内。将油酸加氢加成得到硬脂酸。油酸的双键反式异构体称为反油酸。油酸为无色油状液体，有动物油或植物油气味，久置空气中颜色逐渐变深。易溶于乙醇、乙醚、氯仿等有机溶剂中，不溶于水。易燃。遇碱易皂化，凝固后生成白色柔软固体。 在高热下极易氧化、聚合或分解。无毒。 搜索 复制
